What does Standard support include?
Standard support includes everything from how to use the service to basic script writing (under 30 lines of code), trouble-shooting performance, installation of software, and compiling and building software. We will also work with your software vendor to trouble-shoot issues related to the software.
What is Premium Support?
Support hours for complex script writing, coding, or work-flow optimization can be purchased through Sabalcore. Contact your Sabalcore Representative for details.
Extended Hours Support for on-call support during weekends or off hours can be purchased in advance. Contact your Sabalcore Representative for details.
